Galvaern has been scarred by the conflict of the Legions. Loyalist forces pushed back their foe at every turn until the only choice for the Traitors was to flee the planet. As they now seek to turn their retreat into a new strike on Kor’eish huge drop ships deliver the true engines of war towards the planet.
The Loyalist response was swift, their own Titan Legios were prepared to walk while the Legion forces were withdrawn and prepared for an assault on the enemy now trying to estalish a foothold on the neighbouring planet.
The war for Galvaern has entered a new phase and the scars it has felt will be nothing to the wounds these God Engines will cause.
3 games of Adeptus Titanicus in a fun and friendly style utilising the matched play rules at Confrontation battle level.

Players armies will be made by following the rules for ‘Assembling a Battlegroup’ found on page 53 of the rulebook remembering to meet the criteria for playing a Confrontation Battle Level.
Personal traits must be listed on your army roster – they can be found on page 55 of the rulebook. Army rosters are fixed for all three games.
Due to the limited options for Legio specific rules there will be no Legio specific traits allowed at this event.
We will be utilising the scenarios and deployment rules from the main rulebook – page 84 – 88.
Players will roll and select their objectives, remembering to check if there is a difference in points equal or greater than the Underdog Margin for purposes of timing of chosen scenario reveal.
Once scenarios are selected players spend Stratagem Points again remembering to check to see if one player receives bonus points thanks to the Underdog Margin.
Finally Deployment is rolled for and the relevant rules followed.
As this is an event that focuses on enjoying the game we will be allowing grudges for all three games so if you have an age old foe you wish to deliver some retribution to or see someone who you wish to start a feud against then feel free to ask the event organisers before the round starts.
Every player attending ‘Blood and Glory’ is expected to maintain a high level of sporting behaviour. Each player has a responsibility to be clear in their actions and explanations, to pay attention to their opponent, to approach differing opinions in a respectful and calm manner and to attempt to complete your game within the allotted time frame.
Due to the fact that the game is very new we do not have an FAQ document, players should discuss any issues that arise and also check the rulebook. If it cannot be resolved this way then they should ask one of the event organisers who will make a decision.
Painting and Modelling
All models used at ‘Blood and Glory’ must be painted and based in an appropriate manner. This means that non standard colour schemes are perfectly acceptable as long as they maintain the atmosphere of the Horus Heresy setting.
Proxies and Alternative models
Players may use third party, converted or scratchbuilt models within their army but they must be clearly identifiable and distinguishable from the other units in your army and appropriate as the unit they are representing. The aim is to allow freedom in the ‘hobby’ while maintaining a level of immersion and to avoid any negative effects on game play.
All models deemed not appropriate will be removed from the table and will count as dead for gaming purposes. If you have any models which you are worried about in terms of this then feel free to email Events@theimperialtruth.com and a decision will be made and/or advice given.
Currently we are still working out exactly how the prize support will be handled but have no fear we will have some and as usual for any event linked to The Imperial Truth it will be weighted in favour of approaching the game rather than how well you play the game.
